Ditch Cpanel and the other fluff from the server - run what you need to serve the content and keep it secure. Make sure mod-gzip is on if supported by the forum software and server - run some #'s on your drives, they've almost always been my bottleneck if your DB's are good.

This error is really getting the best of me. It happens when the server is bogged down, but I'm not sure how to make it run faster! I already have the site on a dedicated server, and the databases on a completely separate server; it doesn't get any faster than that!
