Try pressing and holding the power button on the PC for about 10 seconds. This will usually force it to actually power off.

my computer is in hibernation mode and it will not wake up ,no blue crash screen I tried to unplug it all and plug it back in but that does not help the fan is running nin the tower and the yellow light is on like when it is in sleep mode when you turn the screen on it says entering power save it is a newer computer only 2 years old
