Uncheck all of them. They don't need to start on boot. Your antivirus programs is probably the only one that needs to run on boot up. The rest of these just slow your pc down on boot. And REMEMBER TO ALWAYS RUN YOUR DEFRAG PROGRAM AT LEAST 3 TIMES A YEAR.

Thanks for all the help. I checked the spelling on the msmsg. It was spelled correctly. Any way, I got rid of it. Thanks again for your help.

Otto, thats what I was thinking about msmsgsryz. But if its some sort of mal-ware, it must be so new that none of the usual channels have picked up on it.
Maybe FD mistyped it. Or, maybe something like a key-logger. Programs can be renamed so that when they are ran and they insert themselves into the "start up process", they just use whatever the executable is named.

Pdesk goes along with a Matrox video card. You can turn it off if you want, and your system might run slightly faster, but it's not doing any harm.
A search for "one touch mon" only gave me a bunch of stuff in French, but it sounds like something that would go along with a digital camera.
I'm with BRR, the only thing that looks like a problem is msmsgsryz. I couldn't find anything about it on Google, which means that it's most likely a randomly-named virus.

and one more:
qttask.exe produced by Apple, installs a tray bar icon which links to the Apple QuickTime video streaming tool. This program is a non-essential system process, and is installed for ease of use.

nerocheck.exe is a process associated the with Nero CD writing software. It is used to install or control the Nero driver nerocd2k.sys application. This process should not be removed while using the Nero CD Writing software.
below is a pretty extensive list of "processes".

msmsgsryz (below is the closest I could find)
msmsg.exe is a process which is registered as the Backdoor.Prorat.10b3 Trojan. This Trojan allows attackers to access your computer, stealing passwords and personal data. It is a registered security risk and should be removed immediately.

lxbkbmgr.exe is a process installed alongside Lexmark Series Printers and provides additional configuration options for Lexmark Printers. This program is non-essential process to the running of the system, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

Right off the top of my head:
Qttask: Quicktime (quickstart, I think) Microsoft Office: That may be the "Office Toolbar (v97)" AOL 8.0: AOL's system info and quickstart.
These are programs that run on start up and will allow their application to be "quick started". Do you ever notice that when you start some programs the first time after booting that they take a little more time than they do the 2nd or 3rd time you run them.
You can more than likely take at least those 3 out of your startup configuration.
