Most laptop fans are bearingless. If you could get the dust and debris out, they may work. If they are making noise, then replacing them is the best option. cost would vary depending on the age of the laptop and if the parts are available.

looking for someone in wilkes county preferably around north wilkesboro that can lubricate a notebook computers fan and fan bearings pm if interested
