If your mortgage company is sending the body of the e-mail as a graphic, you may have some extra protections turned on. Go to

Tools/Options/Security and make sure that "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail" is unchecked. If it is checked, uncheck it and restart Outlook Express.

i would try a different antivirus protection. mcafee seems to be a little too much.

i've been using trend micro pc-cillin and it's been doing the job without the hassle

we have been getting e-mail from our mortgage co for about a month now then 2 days ago we installed mcafee protection, now all we get is just the subject of the e-mail and not the body,or context of the mail? any ideas. we have checked the spamkiller not there.
