I took this laptop completely apart and found that the motherboard had some bad spots on it that i could not fix due to burn damage. seems like it has a overheating issue or the board was faulty. I have seen on multiple sites that this model of laptop has lots of issues with the motherboard and a refurbished one costs around 200 dollars. If it were me I would either put the hard drive in a Desktop( if you have one sitting around you dont use) that will support the Operating system installed on it, or contact the manufacturer for repair. You never know it could be a problem that they have and extended warranty for.

I need someone to get my information off my hard drive, I was stupid and didn't have all of it stored. If you can help me out at a reasonible rate I would greatly appreciate it.

It is not getting charge. I took it by PC source and my chargeing cord was no good, then he hooked up a new one and it still wouldn't work. It tried to come on but I guess it doesn't have enough charge on the battery.
