That sounds like stickie keys. Try hitting a shift key 5 times.
If that does not work try holding down both shift keys at the same time.
If that does not work try holding down the right shift key for 5 seconds.

MY FILTER KEYS ARE ON AND I CANT FIX MY COMPUTER BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS AND THE CAPS LOCK IS OFF AND ITS STILL IN CAPS AND WHEN I HIT CAPS LOCK ITS SMALL>>>IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME FIX THIS < ID APPRECIATE IT
