I am still running XP because Vista was a mistake, I'm sure Windows 8 is another adventure into automation.

Just make sure that you delete the existing partition that 8 is on and reformat the HD before attempting a downgrade.

If I were you though, I would run a good anti adware/spyware program on your computer. Adware/spyware can cause problems like that as well.

I agree with you Zombie. Windows 8 is a joke. I installed and ran Windows 8 Consumer preview back when it came out before the final release. I was not at all impressed.

Have you installed any other browsers on your computer? If not, you are running Internet Explorer. Also, you may have some 3rd party cookies blocked on your computer.

You are refering to the OS, not the browser you are using. Are you using IE, Chrome, Firefox or Safari?

On some videos I try to watch, all I get is a green screen. The audio works fine but the video itself doesn't play it just shows a green screen. I have googled and tried to find a way to fix it and every website I go to is telling me to do the same thing. However, it wont let me do what they are showing me to do. Everything I have found says to right click on the video and go to settings and then click on the display icon and disable acceleration or something like that. Ok, so the problem is when I go to the settings it doesn't have a display icon like those websites are showing that it should. So does anyone know what else I can try??
