I use MP3 Rocket. You have to pay $30 for a life time subscription but it pays for it's self and I have not had any problems and it down loads fast

It does have a big selection, a lot of them I don't know, but then again I may know the song and just don't know the name of the band that does it. It also has a lot of well known bands that I did know. I know this will tell my age, but it even has The Bay City Rollers on it. It has country, rock, gospel, rap, folk....and a lot more.

Thank you sleepy for posting that and Daddy P. I think I will leave that one alone, I don't want to have to deal with the viruses.

Limewire is still up and going so you might want to try it. I liked it when I tried it, but I have gotten so many viruses on computers that I am afraid to go on any sites like that.

Yeah that is why I was wondering, I knew that it was illegal to do that and I thought most of those sites got closed down. I didn't know if this was something that came out that was legal. Thanks for your relpy.

Be careful it could have viruses. I have never heard of it. I am even wary of using limewire now because of viruses. It is also illegal to download songs for free so always beware of Big Brother, they're watching us.

Has anyone heard of this site? Its a site where you go and download music, it says its free, and there are thousands of bands on this site, you can download the whole album or just the songs you want. Do you think this site is for real? I am just wondering because of all the problems awhile back with downloading music from the internet.

Heres the site: www.spiralfrog.com
