If all else fails when you turn your lap top on tap the f11 button when it starts booting up, if you done this correctly it will walk you through windows restore.

Restore to factory settings.

help i have a laptop i got it used ..i used it for awhile but no u turn it on the sceen pops up start windows normly or other options tryed to cleke on the most restored point that worked but it just pops back on the same screen....do i need it reformated or somthing and do anybody no of anyone that can do that..i dont have no disc with it they can t fine it..it has window visa
