I updated IE about a week ago...it has done it since then.

I use Chrome and haven't seen this type of problem. If it's only happening in Firefox, a search online finds references to it potentially being an incompatibility with an Add-on:

That link is for an older article, but it seemed the most explanatory. I've found other more recent articles on the same issue, so it seems to be an ongoing and common problem with Firefox.

I haven't used IE in a long time, but I believe that allow add-ons now, too, don't they? If so, it could be the same problem.

The easiest solution is to try disabling any add-ons, and see if that helps.

Cynic, have you tried changing browsers yet to see if it has the same problem?

I am having the same issue. I reinstalled Firefox with the older version, but it has not fixed the issue.

Feel Burger loves FireFox. But will neither confirm or deny whether he also uses Chrome.

I downloaded Chrome, and it's not having that problem, so maybe it is just Firefox. Or I guess it could be malware.

I'm going to download Spyhunter next and see if that finds anything. If it doesn't then I guess the problem is just Firefox.

Are you using Firefox? Mine updates every time I close it.

Anybody else? Goddess, if it's just the two of us then maybe we have a virus or something. Sorry, I didn't know it was contagious

I'm not using FireFox...and I'm having to do the same...using IE myself.

Is anyone else having a problem with the last Firefox update? I'm constantly having to click on things two or three times, and sometimes the letters I type take a few seconds to show up.

I scanned for malware and viruses and everything is OK. The only thing I've updated lately is Firefox.
