I would let the computer do it at night also.
But if you want to watch it Auslogics Disk Defrag or
Smart Defrag can be downloaded from www.download.com

but you can set it up to defrag at a scheduled time
and you wont want/need to watch it. just leave your comp on that night.
mine's set to defrag every wednesday at 1 am. no waiting ,watching or worrying :)

I am constantly having to defrag my computer. I loved to do it w/ windows xp because I could see a graph and get a better understanding of where my computer was.

I am now on Vista Home. I have defragmented several times but there is no graph for me to see what is going on. Does anyone know if there is a way that I can get the graph to watch it defrag like you can on windows xp?
