There are many suggestions on how to remove this offending piece of bsware.

Somehow a shoppers report automatically downloaded on my pc, i have found it in programs, clicked on delete, sent to the recycle bin...when i go to empty bin...i receive a message...this is protected and may be running, prohibited from deleting in recycle bin...help, I have a gateway computer,,have called their tech support...no help, any suggestions? I get the message when i try to go to internet explorer....SHPRRPRT.DLL
