1. Run TDSKILLER to remove boot virus' http://support.kaspersky.co...=208283363 This does an awesome job for boot virus'.
2. Then run a full scan with Malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.org
3. Micrisoft Security Essentials for antivirus is probably the least obstusive for freeware.
