IT would depend on which email program you are using. If you use Outlook Express or outlook, it'll be from the drop down menu "Tools" then Options... then click on the Security tab. In the middle, you'll see "BLOCK Images and other external content in HTML email" Make sure this check box IS checked. This is your line of defense against email virus attacks. Just opening the email without this setting in place could leave you open for infection.

Now, goto the 'read' tab, and look at the bottom where it says font. Select any setting you feel is appropriate for your eyes.

Now goto the 'compose' tab and do the same.

Now click the apply button and OK to exit the screen.


Now, if you are using a web browser such as IE, and you have confirmed that you have not any settings in your email account that make this problem exist, then goto tools then Internet Options. Goto the General tab, and at the bottom, click on the FONTS button. Select the font you choose and click apply, then ok to exit.

e-mail you received.My advise is for you to check your settings in your e-mail account.

Ok somebody .i need help when i try to pull up some web pages or emails all i get are little lines where words are supposed to be .What's causing this.
