Express Computer Clinic is very reliable according to my brother who has a friend who works their. I will be able to fix you problem also though at probably a much lower rate and do just as good of a job. Just visit me @ my website on www.mypctechoncall.com. I am very thorough and will make sure you are completely Malware free before having you pick up your PC. I can also drop it off by you if you prefer as long as your a 15 minute drive or less from my location.
I can and will be glad to help you @ ultra low competetive rates suited for people living in Wilkes counties poor economy. Jodi Call is a Dell master technician and I can confidently recommend his services at no risk of reputation. I also can recommend Double Edge Technologies INC. I will probably be cheaper than both though.

Were all in this thing called life together and I choose to help others get ahead. Customer Service is my # 1 priority. I am a christian based company.

Malwarebytes saved me from the same problem, but l was not able to access the internet in safe mode. I had to use a disk with a copy of Malwarebytes and then run it in safe mode. This was the free version. Good luck!

start your computer in safe mode, then go on the internet to malwarebytes.com and download their program. Run a scan on malwarebytes and it will clean your pc. You have to restart your computer and when it is booting back up keep tapping the F8 key and this will give you the option to start in safe mode.

Your options:
Install a virus scanner and see if it cleans it up - not highly recommended because you may have multiple infections; some of which may not be detectible by a virus scanner.
Format and reinstall - this will get rid of most viruses, but will also get rid of all your data. You will need the operating system disc to format and reinstall and base level knowledge of setting up/installing Windows.
Take it to a pro. Staples, Best Buy or any of the local guys will do just fine. They'll offer options for virus removal, data restoration, etc.
Buy a new computer. It's time for an upgrade anyway.

If you can't get online, you'll probably need to take it to a technician.
I don't know what kind of virus scan you have, but some you have to manually go in and keep them updated. Others like McAfee automatically update, and you can go to Microsoft and download Microsoft Security Essentials and set it to run every day. It will pick up alot of things that can get past other virus scans. There are viruses now that can actually disable your virus scan leaving your computer at risk.

I have a computer worm virus on my home computer and it will not allow me to get on the internet. I thought I had a antivirus protection program on my computer but I guess not. I am not a computer expert so what do I need to do to be able to get back on the internet?
