Are you wanting to remove and save the files, or just remove the files?

1. Easiest way to just remove the files is Create a new user account as administrator (under control panel). Log of and Log onto the new account, then delete the old user account and specify "delete files" when deleting the account.. You will also lose your "Outlook" email and email account settings if you do this. If you log onto Gmail, or AOL for your email, you will still have your email.

2. If you want to save the files from your old computer, pickup a flash drive or USB external drive (depending on how much you want to save) and just copy the files to the flash drive or external USB drive.

Looking for a computer tech that can remove all of my files off of my old computer at a reasonable price. Prefer someone who might be able to come to my home to do this.

Thanks
