PC Source fixed mine for $35 whereas Staples wanted $270.! I feel they tried to rip me a new one, I'm so glad I got it from them & took it to PC Source. I complained to management but they didn't even offer to make it right. I had already gave them $70. they wanted another $200. said it was a very sick computer and I bet you anything if I hadn't of went & got it they would of told me it was no good hoping I'd buy a new one.

have you been serviced by the Technicians at Protech Networks? My prices are also about half of what they charge. I wont charge you 80 dollars a hour either like other service centers. http://www.pro-tech.5u.com

Jingle. Read my last post. What you have is a hijack program. Do what I said in my last post and hopefully that will work. Make sure you unhook your internet before scanning you system. Run at least 3 different Spyware programs. Restart your system and then scan again. Spyware doctor is also a great program to use. The longer you wait the harder to get rid of.

Any of the spy-ware programs the others listed will work. You can get all of them at Filehippo.com for free. After you have installed them and checked for updates then unhook your Internet. Use the programs to scan for spyware. If you leave the internet hook your spyware can detect the scan you may or may not catch it. You need to run at least 3 different spyware scans to make sure you get all the spyware. Always update the spyware programs weekly and scan you system weekly. If you use AVG anti virus you will be better protected as it has a spyware filter with it.
