Maybe you are logged onto Windows with a different user nome. what message do you get?

My computer is acting up, we can get our pictures from our camera on the computer but it wont let us go to the library of our pictures and wont let us put them on a file, it did earlier today we had no problems until now what is wrong, can some one please help. Thanks
