A lot of newer video cards these days are coming with DVI outputs only - you may need a DVI-VGA adapter if your monitor is VGA only.

The wide majority of the time, the monitor, keyboard, and mouse will be plug-and-play, so you shouldn't need a disk for any of them. Windows XP and Windows 7 will recognize most wireless keyboard/mouse combos by default.

Worst case scenario, if it gives you a pop up and says that it needs to install drivers, or if the mouse is jumpy, then you should still be able to use them enough to click on "Windows Update".

We are getting our new computer tomorrow. I didn't order the flat screen monitor because I already have one we are going to use with the new computer. Can I just plug the screen into the computer and it work or will I need a disk?

Also, I have a wireless keyboard and mouse. Will I need a disk for those too or? I went on a cleaning spree a few months back and now I cant find anything.

Thanks a bunch!
