Thanks everyone.

Either she's still confused, or the problem has been resolved and she hasn't replied back yet.

Pretty much all you do is:

1.Plug the usb drive into your usb slot on your computer.

2.When the dialog box pops up asking you what to do; select the view/open folder "Most of the time it's the 1st option"

3. Drag and drop your files that you want onto the usb drive. *Note this does not move them, it only copies them to the usb drive.*

4. When the copying process get's finished, safely remove the usb drive from the computer by going to the icon on the bottom of the taskbar, and click your usb drive and remove/eject.

5.Put the usb drive in the new computer, when the dialog box opens; simply choose the first option I believe to open the folder/view the folder.

6.Simply drag and drop the folders/files to the area where you want them on your new computer.

then to put them on your new comp
plug it in it will install its self . and an option to open/view folder will come up
then just select send to/copy to desktop it will make a folder and copy them to it

then right click the folder your photos (or the individual photo *folders are quicker)are in
( a menu will pop up)
click send to(another menu comes up) the flash drive should be the bottom one (click it)
the comp will do the rest

I bought a flash drive to save pictures from my old computer to add to my new computer, but i dont now were to start can someone please help. Thanks.
