Flat panel and touch screens should be cleaned with cleaners made specially for such screens. Especially plasmas. Although, all these cleaners are pretty much just purified water. Using regular window cleaners on plasmas can actually cause the screen to arc and damage the screen.

i spray mine with glass cleaner (generic windex) and use a paper towel , never had a problem

Chris, since Windex makes a sucky regular window cleaner I think I'm gonna try water LOL ... thanks anyway bud

Windex makes this cleaner just for electronics. It's not bad on price, and it may be something for you to check out.

A non ammonia based cleaner would be fine...spray it on the rag, not the screen..

i have a plasma screen and i clean it when im dusting with a slightly damp cloth, no problems..

Do's / Don'ts ?
Nothing serious just little specks that may be coffee to bugs to gawd knows what else.
Was thinking of damp cotton cheese cloth
