10! lol...anyone wanna do it for 5? all kidding aside, i think hijack said it best with the advice of looking at your owners manual and possibly the system restore option in the accessories tab under your programs at the start menu....it usually walks you right through it.

25 dollars for house call and that will provide a diagnosis of your pc and possible fix. typical house call lasts 30 to 45 minutes. Most of the time i can fix problems in that time frame but there are instances where i will suggest that i bring your pc to my lab for further diagnosis or repairs in a static free environment. Check your instuction book that came with the computer it will show you how to do a system reformat yourself.

what kind of computer? what is the "repair"? are you wanting yo save any files before it's reformatted? do you have the system restoration disk? a lot of questions, send me a i/m, i can help you & i'm cheaper than the guys in town. i'm taking CIT classes at the college.

Who can you suggest for me. I am wanting to find someone who is reliable and knows what they are doing. I am needing a repair and also would like to have my computer restored to factory settings. I have so much junk on this computer but afraid I will take off the wrong thing.
