It's difficult to place blame on cww for not going it alone with lte. Spectrum is very pricy, and using a partnership with vz makes it easier for cww to have national lte access for their own customers.

I don't like the timeframe either, but the partnership won't be a big moneymaker for vz so they won't set up their partners with lte until they are done setting up their own service areas first.

As usual, they have to lease the service from someone else. At least its coming from Verizon, and they arent trying to do it themselves...

Unfortunately, I dont see a timeframe, but by 2013 hopefully...
