What Bennett said is absolutely 100% correct. It will work. Just follow the instructions on the website and what Bennett tells you. I have done this a million times for devices that windows plug and play didn't install the driver properly right off. This should be a simple fix.

You need to get the aircard disk/driver cd. It should have come with the air card.
If you don't have one, you need to identify your air card manufacturer and its model number and download the software from the manufacturers website

I took my Toshiba laptop to Carolina Wireless to have them install the software for their wireless broadband service called Aircard. They were unsuccessful at installing it and I left without a computer connection. The lady said I needed to bring the "disk" in because a message popped up requesting it--but my laptop did not have a disk with it when I bought it. It is a Windows Vista. Has anybody else had problems like this?
