Thank you white america, unfortunatly when you order a tablet off ebay they don't send the user manual they just send a 10 pamplet telling you the basics like setting the time and stuff they want you to pay out the arse for some kinda insurance and then they teach you to use it themselves but only if you purchase some kinda insurance and then it only last a few months. Anyway I appreciate it I'm gonna try the site you posted

Also make sure to set your phone up for auto roaming. Your phone my be blocking the internet to the device because it is not allowed to send data while roaming

Page 54 on the phones users manual covers setting up the phone as a hotspot

Based on what I have read. I think you are having a issue on you phone. You need to set the network up on your phone and use that information on your tablet

If you can set the hotspot network type to unsecured or open network. Then connect the tablet to it

If you can get it to connect as an open network then you need to secure the connection.

So back to the question at hand, anybody wanna be bad with me that knows how this HOTSPOT TETHERING is done?

Ok I have cell phone service with bark (of course its prepaid) and since I have an android phone I have to purchase the biggest package with unlimitded calls, txt, internet, the whole 9 yards, it cost me about $70.00 a month. I also purchased an android tablet a while back from ebay in hopes that I could get bark to activate it for me and add it to my bill each month but the people at bark said "they can't do stuff like that"...... WTF NOT? If all the other phone companies can do it why can't they? Anyway I have also tried to use my phone as a WIFI HOTSPOT so I can just tether it to my tablet and use it that way but for somme reason when I do that my tablet shows a signal bar but yet it still won't connect to the internet and when I was at bark yesterday I ask them what I was doin wrong and the guy behind the counter told me hhe didn't have a clue and that his phone does the same thing as mine when he tried useing it as HOTSPOT. Soo does anybody here have bark that knows how to do this? Apparently bark is the only cell phones that has trouble completeing this task. Any help is appreciated.
