If it is only on paper, or from a book, you must do a manual entry. If that is the case, you need a good typist, and they are not too cheap.
If it is already on a computer, and not a pdf format, it should be a piece of cake.

You can do it in Word, but golly! No one can help you if you do not know how. Try posting the same post in the tech forum. It is not that hard, just needs some first this and then that. Make sure that all of addresses are in the same place and then folks in the tech forum can help you further.

Well that is why I ask who can type names and addresses into a database or can you scan them in and make them accessible to print letters postcards etc...

Knight1b, he has or can get data to or from any computer on earth. He even has a program that counts people in a picture, it just takes him awhile to extrapolate it so us lay people can understand it.

I have some applications that are paper based and need them typed into a system about 800 pages with address.
