Best inexpensive burning software for Win 7

I don't see any indication that Cheetah Burner has the frame-rate-conversion (telecine) feature I'm looking for. But thanks. There are freeware programs, like avi2dvd that offer this feature.

I'm a dedicated Nero lover. It's been my go-to burning software for years on the desktop I do most of my work on.

I want something that works as well, but is a little more feature-light...and less expensive...for my laptop, running 64 bit Win 7. I am not a big fan of the burning capabilities built into the operating system.

I'm currently using CD Burner XP, and it does pretty well...but has no video endocing and burning options.

I love the "motion-adaptive frame-rate conversion" in Nero, for converting downloaded film-based video files to DVD. I'd love that feature to be included.
