You should flee as fast as you can, And note if you are paying them through your bank account you WILL have to cancil your bank account to stop them from continuing to withdraw your account after you cancil service. They drug us out for almost two years. would call and cancil, payments would stop for 2 or 3 mo then all of a sudden they would take 3 payments out all at once. Call them and after hours of them churning us to one person or the other they would say they would resolve it and return our money,,,then 2 or 3 mo later they would do it again...for like 18 mo we went through this and 300 or 400.00 later I had to cancil that account. Have found at least a dozen others since that they did the same thing too. Don't waist your time just switch your account as bad as that is going to be your going to have to do it anyway...Yea it's ileagal but do you have 10K to put up with an Attorney? But trust me you won't find one to do it.

I downloaded the new 9.5. It is a lot better. FASTER. I don't use Dialup. I have 10meg high speed. I just like AOL's program and Email. SO far 9.5 is a lot better. No bugs so far. Why should I be shot? I can use anything I like! It is free!

Also. If you are using it for the dial-up capabilities, cool.
But, if you have broadband and are still using the AOL client.... You should be shot.

I have the 9.5 and it works great, the 9.1 had a lot of problems with their online radio freezing up.

AOL has a lot of problems. If you are using the latest verison 9.1. try to find a disk for 9.0. A lot less bugs. Remove 9.1 and reinstall 9.0

How many uses AOL Tech support(over the phone)? Some these people there don't know nothing. I had a problem and called 5 times before I got the right answer.
