I would contact Roadrunner for a fix.

a close family member got it & is uses their email, turns out that it's causing her email to go to ones she didn't mean it to, & causing theirs to go to names they're not sending it to, so basically she has really screwed up my email as I am afraid to use it as I don't know who will get it, what should she do? other than not use mine, which is gmail, what can I do about it?
