Browneyes, thanks for the help, but it didn't help...lol. My son had to restore my computer as I picked up a bad virus somewhere, and couldn't even open my account, so I tried once again to download IM, and it still won't recieve. I was able to send a couple emails to my Yahoo account. I think I'm just going to give up on it.

I haven't used incredimail inyears, do they charge for it now?

On my older Dell, I used to have IncrediMail and I loved it, and I could use my Hotmail email account. Now, I have tried to download IncrediMail on this Dell and I have tried it with my Hotmail, and Yahoo account and I couldn't get it to receive or send. So today, I downloaded GMail as I had heard from others that it was easier to use. I still can't get Incredimail to send or receive.

Can someone help me with this or am I just doomed to have plain old emails and Not emails with pretty stationary and pics....lol.
