Any M/S Media wiz's?

I'm pretty sure that Media Player closes sessions automatically by default for audio CDs, but as you mention, this could have been changed...
I'm not sure what version of Windows you use, but you should be able to right-click on the CD-ROM drive in My Computer, select Properties and look for a tab for Recording (in Vista, anyway). Click on Global Settings and make sure the box is checked to close the UDF session after recording.

It may be a memory error. It may also be in the cds you are using. I tried burning on the dvd -r 's and lost around 30 dvds with the computer shutting down mid burn. I have no idea what the problem is--but using +r I haven't had any problems. Good luck.

I haven't the foggiest notion on how to help fix this, but I can suggest downloading Roxio Easy Media Creator, Home Edition. We use it to copy CDs and DVDs and it works great! We have had it for several years, and i have never had a complaint on copying CDs.

I have M/S media for burning my cd's and it was working fine last week. I don't know what happened or if one of the kids changed the settings on here but now I can't get the cd's to "close". That means they burn but they are not closing so that they can play on other cd players. I have followed the help solution about clicking on close session but no "close session" command comes up....any ideas????
