Installing memory is not "hard", but if done incorrectly can destroy your motherboard and/or memory chip.

Are your sure the memory is correct for your motherboard? Just because it has Dell on it doesn't mean it will fit all Dell computers

The memory stick just snaps in be careful to properly align the locating slot on the memory stick and the motherboard also make sure the memory is fully seated

its not hard but you have to put some pressure on the moduls to get it to seat correctly. after installing the new ram you will need to check your bios or computer properties to see if it is recognized and running at the listed speed. Is this hard to do? I have instruction on how to do it along with 1 GB of memory. I have a Dell and the memory is Dell.
