The Acer Aspire One netbook is a scaled down computer designed primarily for Internet use. The netbook does not have an optical drive (drive for CDs and DVDs), but functions like a small laptop in most other respects

Get one that has Windows 7 & all the RAM you can afford

I have had to replace Screens & keyboards on some.

I am looking for feedback on the Acer Aspire netbook. We are thinking of getting my daughter one for her birthday. She will be 11 and she will be using it for homework help....online games....farmville....etc.
