I know they need improvement, just like all the teams. It still dont change some things so accept it. And our dookie turd team still is involved in making history this year unlike the heels.

| Mustang, I'm going to agree with every point that you made, save one:
Belmont is better than Michigan State. The Bruins are a senior laden team, with a dynamic back court, a very good coach, and a great deal of tournament experience. They have a good shot at a Sweet 16 berth this season.
Duke is going to run MSU off the court, I'm afraid. MSU is superior on the interior defensively and on the glass, but Duke won't be missing many lay ups in this one. Blow Devils 87, Sparty 65

all i know is UNC IS AHEAD OF DOOK IN ALL THE BIG RECORDS, COUNTING COACH K, LIKE OVERALL WINS 2035 WINS VS DOOK 1944, VS K 903. NCAA TITLES UNC 5 VS DOOK 4 VS K 4, PLUS UNC HAS THE 1924 HELMS NAT. TITLE WHICH MAKES 6 TITLES TO DOOKS AND K'S 4. 18 FINAL FOURS VS DOOK'S 15 AND K'S 11. HALL OF FAME PLAYERS VS DOOK'S HALL OF SHAMERS, NO CONTEST

I wish I could say a conversation like that could even take place now. Last time I saw Dean he was in pretty bad shape and was having huge memory lapses. Legends die hard sometimes.

I bet coach k didn't have enough respect to call coach Smith and thank him for retiring so early so he could win 903 games .. All the rewards in the world won't change the fact that Dookie Blows !

Correct, Fasquia. History was made. Kudos to the Rat for his 903rd victory. May he have all of the shoe polish for his hair that he could ever need.

also coach k has 284 losses, dean smith has 254 losses, so coach k loss more ,next milestone for coach k, joining the 300 loss club, with coach knight. he been there for awhile, wonder if him and coach k will hug and cry when he hits 300 losses

If you took the best attributes of all the Plumlees and made them one FrankenPlumlee, you would have a 3rd Team All ACC Center. Which, frankly, is what this team needs.
As it stands, the only advantage to having three Plumlees is that you get 15 fouls, instead of the 5 that a FrankenPum would provide.
Why was Duke wearing their road jerseys at home* last night?
(*ed note---MSG is Duke's auxillary home gym)

2 great programs. It's good to own a record, but it's difficult to compare 2 different eras of sports. Dean and K's overlapped, but they didn't play near as many games in a season in the 60s-80s as they have in the past 20 years. I respect K as a coach. His team will definitely have problems at times this season closing games out. Inside will hurt them and be totally dependent on the 3s falling to open things up. When Carolina gets the chemistry going this season, they'll dominate down low and the new guys will pop some outside shots. I'd like to see Harrison not rely on the fadeaway so much. If he'd just go to the hoop more he could dominate. The Plumlees will have an occasional great game, but they will be Dook's broken crutch most of the season when they aren't hitting the bombs.
