Bullock is gonna have to play like he did last night. He has a tendency to only be a scorer every third game. When McAdoo and Bullock are both scoring, they're much tougher. It will also depend on how well they can guard the perimeter. They need to move their feet on defense. I definitely think they can beat them if the right team shows up and the right players are shooting.

How is it that Duke beats Wake by 5 and UNC beat Wake by 25,can't wait till UNC beats the wheels off Duke,bwahahaha!!!

Miami is playing the best ball in the ACC right now. Games like that happen occasionally on the road, especially when a team is adapting to the loss of a key player. Just look at all the top 10 losses around the country in the past 2 weeks. "Upsets" don't have the same meaning any more. It will happen over and over this season. That being said, I've never thought Duke was #1 in the country, and I've never thought State could be consistent enough to win all season. They could both beat Carolina on any given night, but I think in all games in the ACC this year, it just comes down to what team is hustling the most and making the fewest mistakes. If State's frontline disappears like they tend to do, they can't win. If Duke and Carolina aren't hitting perimeter shots, they will lose.

i would rather lose, with young team, and keep getting better, for future. then have mosly sr.'s and jr's and lose 1st rd in ncaa, . it happens. bet duke fans blame players for the big loss. not coach k, all them mcdonald high school all-stars and 3 and 4 year starters, it all there fault, not k's,lol. anyways, its one game, just like when unc loses and every dook fan throws us under bus, 1 game dont make or break season,but as a unc fan, i really enjoyed seeing the dook players and coach k and staff, almost crying, and sad in closeing, i think dook gets better from this, which i hope dont happen, but believe they will. the heels are getting better, but need alot more work. i've stood behind roy and team, and still do. go heels

And I am always the first to respond when Duke loses...No problem there....But I never have any excuse as to why they lost....Some unc fans blame everything but the weather .....They lose and will lose again....unc has lost and will lose again.The ACC is a tough place to play.Where they are playing has a lot to do with it,and being at home helps a lot for any team .I just love it that everybody wants to beat Duke ...lol...like they say " To be the man you have to beat the man "

I think it was a freshman the beat unc last year !!!! But he went on to pros after one year.....But you are right,I don't see any unc players going pro after one year so most of them will be back. I think Duke will be fine next year.Lets see if the tar holes can do what Duke did to unc last year and win one out of the two reg.season games. Should be some good games as Duke brings out the best in other teams just because everybody wants to be the best and they try harder...Later dude,and hope we can get along this year win or lose !! yea, i also think back to a time coach k quit on his team in 1994-1995 season, and they didnt make ncaa or nit. before you say it, the 2 times unc did it in early 2000's, they didnt have top notch coach, 1994-95, team, was all coach k committed players, and coached by coach k. so it happens both ways. duke looks good this year, but the future not as bright, say next season, they will be raw young players, kelly, curry, m.plumlee, maybe sulaman, whatever his name is, will be gone. yes, you get freshmen, but just like unc, they have to get use to playing together, and the speed of the ncaa game. so they wont be so good next season.

You like to live in the past too much...I remember a #2 unc loseing to a # 15 or 14 WEBER STATE whoever they are . I bet you do too !!!! Can't change the past but present looks real good for Duke and bad for tar babies .... And I remember tar holes in the NIT where they lost that too !!!! " GO DUKE "

loseing loseing, but i can stand to lose some, when most the team freshmen. still no excuses, but ,how does a senior, 4 jr's, 2 or 3 2nd year players ,and the top rated freshmen in nation loss to LEHIGH?????come on, unc , still loseing, but there still young and learning each other. but dook , had 5 to 7 upperclassmen 3 year starters, loss in 1st rd of ncaa tournment game ,played in state of carolina, and lose 15 seed LEHIGH, with 2seed duke???? lol now that sucks. guess when coach k wins, its not the players, just great coaching, but when dook losses, its the player's fault. wow, what great fans they have,lol. plus dook has went out 2 times in first rd in last 10 seasons, 3 first weekend loses in that time. so its happens to every team
