and you were generalizing by saying "we all know about those duke fans they tend to run off at the mouth about stuff they know nothing about." there is an *inference* there that all Dukies are like that...we aren't. i just wanted to bring that up. that's the same as me saying that all UNC fans are loud and obnoxious. not all of them are. *SOME* of them are, just like *SOME* Dukies run off at the mouth about things...you also make it sound like Duke fans are the only ones who run off at the mouth. not so.

all i'm asking is that you don't generalize and lump ALL of a certain group of people into a certain classification.

He was sitting in the car, with the keys in the ignition and was under the age of 21, BudLt, which is why he can be charged with driving after drinking.

Ty Lawson wasn't driving, he was sitting in his car with the music apparently turned up at a volume that was in conflict with the noise ordinance, which is the reason he was approached by the police in the first place.

If you are drinking and are underage (Lawson is 20), it constitutes an automatic DUI. It is different from a DWI...educate yourself, BudLt, or as usual, I'll be happy to do it for you.

PCB: I am a Duke fan, and to be honest, I don't know a single Dukie who thinks the football team is worth a crap. The ACC isn't exactly known for it's phenomenal football program. That honor goes to pretty much every other conference in the country [that's a little joke there...].
