Umm I somewhat agree with you about Frasor...he doesn't hit many shots like in the past but he is still over 40% from 3 and he is one of our better defensive players...not sure where you have been the last few years he's been playing.
Deon Thompson needs to wake the fk up..Roy isnt doing his job there.at all.
Deon could be one of the better bigmen in the ACC and even the country if he could get back to playing like he was at the start of the season..averaging over 20 and 8..idk what is going on there.

With UNC/Duke this year, it will all depend on how well the defensive team, Duke, plays offense and the offensive team, UNC, plays defense. I'm a Carolina fan, but even with the points and win against Maryland, it's painful to watch the weaknesses UNC has. Very slow on defense; the freshmen aren't playing near as good as they did earlier in the year. Roy Williams is determined to play Bobby Frasor for two thirds of a game. He's a nice guy, but he is a terribly slow defensive player and it seems as though he only hits one shot per month. Someone, however, has to give Green a rest and keep him out of foul trouble, so I guess we're stuck with him. Thompson has become one of the worst players in the conference. He played great the first 6 weeks, now he stinks all around. Ellington, Lawson, and Killer T have to hit their shots and get to freethrow line or they won't make it far. Frasor and Thompson aren't a threat for anyone. Green is solid just about every game; he is consistent, but will have to stay out of foul trouble and injury-free or UNC will go down in flames.

ok ill be the first too admit duke played horrible last night if thats even the word thats by far the worst they have played all season clemson is a great team and they handed it too us last night... and wake got beat down too so who saw that coming?? that makes the unc duke game next wed big because they both have two conference losses... but its always a big game just hope the good duke shows up because if the team that played last night shows up it will be another blow out sad to say...

In all seriousness, the ACC is a self-cannabalizing, brutal conference where anyone can beat anyone else on any given night. Want proof? The Boston College team that cardsbball continues to cite as an example of why the Heels are so "overrated" now sits in fourth place in the conference, one-half a game behind dook. Guess who's currently in first?

However, with Ginyard, Zeller, and now Graves out, the once-deep Tar Heels are looking pretty thin, especially at the "4". Watch for the refs to work hard to get Danny Greene into foul trouble in Durham next Weds.

To end, dook showed why they won't be making any National Championship run this year. Take away Henderson and you have a ho-hum, average team. Take note; This team is highly susceptible to the press. I'd do it for 40 minutes, and watch dook choke on it. That's how Clemson kicked their ahhsses.

The big east isnt as strong as it normally is, and this proves it.
The ACC is where its at,and I can see 3 teams in the elite 8 this year.

Great win today for Duke against a quality opponent. It was nice to see Duke adapt and make match up problems for Georgetown. And it was really nice seeing Duke not back down from a tough, gritty, physical big east team. I don't see THIS Duke team backing down from anyone. (And actually dishing out a lot more than they take.)
