We are in "rebuild" mode, but that doesn't mean we are without talent.
If you're gonna catch us, you better do it early. Frontcourt will be the best in the nation, but the backcourt, particularly point guard, remains a ? There is no one on the current roster with the court speed of Felton or Lawson, but Strickland may have (almost) as much quickness. Look for he and Drew II to both see time at point.
The Wear twins are ahead of schedule. We have a TON of bigs, but need Leslie McDonald to hit threes, along with Graves and possibly Ginyard. Marcus Ginyard looks very trim and svelte this year. Henson will roam the perimeter, but with his length, can go in at will.
In the bigger picture, I'm more concerned about Kansas, MSU, and Kentucky than dook. dook will flop out in the sweet 16 again, because they don't have overall athleticism. dook *may* have the ACC POY in Kyle Singler.
As usual, it will be settled on the court.

Duke lost to William and Mary.When it comes to hoops, neither is the "clear" team at this point. If Carolina's back court plays well, there is NO WAY Duke competes with the Heels. NONE. NONE. ZERO percent chance. None. Zero. But, as we all know, college hoops is about the back court, so, until we hit Thanksgiving, there is no way to discern what will happen this season.
