Hmmm, most consistent from 1989-2009? Depends on how you define "consistency". If you mean "made every tournament", that'd be Arizona. If you mean "most wins", yes, that's Duke. If you mean "most national titles", that's a tie between Duke and KYtucky. Of course, if you just look at the last, oh, five years?
