We ate there for the first time on Friday night. We were really impressed. I called ahead and had a few questions and actually spoke to Brad the owner. Great guy and he answered all of my questions. Two things that stood out. 1) I asked that if wine didn't taste fresh what to do. He said i will open a fresh bottle no problem. 2) Is it greasy pub food. He answered quickly, i don't serve greasy food. He was right on both counts. Friendly staff and great atmosphere to relax. There was also great music playing in the background. Definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

I have eaten here a couple times and enjoyed both trips. Food was excellent and service excellent also. I am not a drinker but was impressed that the people that were drinking acted like they had good sense. All too often in Wilkes a bar gets inundated with the rednecks. That is my only advise. Keep the drinkers under control and show the rest the door quick.

Food was very good with ample servings at a reasonable price and a casual, friendly atmosphere!!! We will definitely return!!! I also like that management comes around to make sure everyone is happy and intermingle with you!! Only downside is they have just one restroom and it is Unisex :(

Food is cooked to order. Always fresh and hot. Fully stocked bar with some craft beers. Wait staff friendly. Like the pool table. Nice pub without the dive bar atmosphere and clientele.
