I only visit because West Coast Wings and Pizza does not have a salad bar. This Pizza Hut has slowly improved with new management.

the last pizza we got was cold and not what we ordered. Ordered online and still wasn't ready when we got there. Not very good service.

Had to wait over an hour for my pizza, and it still wasn't right! They weren't even that busy. Everyone in town knows to go to the one on School Street, but this one was closer and I was in a hurry. BIG mistake!

I called in an order and was told that they do not meet. Any more. My address was to far out for delivery. Are they doing such good business that they can turn down orders? Ther are other pizza restaurants in Wilkes to buy from.

The service there, usually, is terrible. In one, of many bad occasions, we had been told it would be 30 minutes for a pick up, went to the drive through window after the 30 mins and had to pull around 3 times! Took over an hour to get an order of cheesesticks! I understand them being busy, but! give out correct times!
