Heart healthy snack. 139 calories per 1/4 cup.


2 cups raw walnuts
2 cups raw almonds
2 cups roasted salted soy nuts
2 cups dried banana chips
2 cups dried cranberries
2 cusp Quaker Oatmeal squares


Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Keep in an air tight container.
Will keep for a couple of weeks
This recipe can be made in smaller batches, or using any raw nut or dried fruit you may prefer!
