I like to cut it in half lengthwise, put a little butter on each side and a little season salt, wrap them in foil and then cook them on the grill like a baked potato. Or I like to cut them up in a green salad. You can grate zukes up and put them in spaghetti sauce, meatloaf...lots of stuff!

you can use zuchinni just like you use squash...it's all in the same family...there is a 'squash" thread here somewhere...
