At Low or High temperature? I haven't used a crock pot very much.

slab of meat, whatever kind, just the roast variety
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1 beef bullion cube
1 small can of mushrooms
1/4 cup of Wesson Oil
1 cup of water
1 tbsp minced onion or one real onion cut up


Put onion soup, boullion, mushrooms in bottom of crock pot with the oil and water. Rub the salt and pepper on the beef, and then lay it on top. Go easy on the salt, but lay on the pepper.

Yummy-so easy. Also can add potatos or carrots to the pot if wanted.
