Years ago I ate the best Sauteed Mushrooms! It was at a restaurant then at Hanes Mall--maybe it was Annabelles or something similar. The restaurant had a very creative decor and had seating where you went down a couple of stairsteps or you could go upstairs to tables on a balcony. I would love a great Sauteed Mushrooms recipe like that one. I wonder if the mushrooms were cooked in wine. They were so good I could eat them for "dessert."
