I found a great sauce the other day it's Moore's Honey BBQ Wing sauce it's kinda sweet and spicy also. It's the best Ive found so far.

Teriyaki Chicken Wings
1/3 cup water
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp ginger
2 green onions, thinly sliced, tops included
16 chicken wings, separated at the joints,
Combine water, pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, and ginger in a small saucepan.
Gently heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Stir in green onions.
Place chicken wings in a large zip-top freezer bag. Pour in the teriyaki marinade. Squeeze out the air and seal. Turn bag to distribute the marinade over the wings. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking pan with foil. Place a cooling rack in the bottom of the pan. Place chicken wings on the rack and cover with the marinade from the bag. Cover pan with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes to crisp up the skin.
Yield: 4 servings

I tired the Catalina and am going to try the honey bbq this weekend Thanks just what I was looking for I don't mind a little hot but love the ones with taste.

go to lowes and get the hot hooters sauce. quick, easy, and good...that is the way to go in a hurry

Buffalo wings
1 qt. Texas Pete or any other brand {Franks}
1/2 cup brown sugar or mollases or honey or some of all.
1/2 tbs whole thyme ,not powdered
1 tps chili pepper flakes
1 tps salt
3 drops liquid smoke
3 tbs worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dried onion bits
1 tps dried garlic
1 tps black pepper
mix all in large pot ,slow boil for 15 minutes
cool ,pour back in bottle store in frig.

Deep fry wings at 360º till done , drain cover with sauce
Serve with garlic bread and ranch or blue cheese dressing
have plenty of napkins on hand
Catalina Wings
3 pounds wings (tips removed and cut at joints)
1 bottle Catalina Dressing
1 TBS woscestershire sauce
1/2 cup honey
a few drops hot sauce
Put wings in a baking pan ,Cover with dressing and honey
sprinkle with hot sauce
Bake at 375º for 30 to 45 minutes turning one time
half way thru cooking
Serve with garlic bread and green salad
Baked Honey BBQ Wings
Sauce
1 1/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
20 Drumettes or wing portions
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken to a shallow rack in baking dish or roasting pan.
Bake wings, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
Turn wings and bake 25 minutes longer, or until tender.
Makes 6 to 8 appetizer servings.
Marinaded Buffalo Wings
with dipping sauce

4 pounds chicken wings (about 24)
Marinade:
1 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Tabasco (optional)
Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce:
1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons milk (+or-)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Combine marinade ingredients together and mix well.
Place chicken wings in a large resealable bag.
Pour marinade over top.
Turn to coat and refrigerate for 24 hours.
For blue cheese sauce, combine blue cheese, sour cream,
mayonnaise, garlic and Worcestershire cause in a bowl.
Stir until smooth.
Add enough milk to give the sauce the consistency of pancake batter.
Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat grill.
Remove wings from marinade and reserve marinade.
Place wings on hot grill over a low fire.
Grill until done (about 20 minutes),
brushing with reserved marinade halfway through the cooking time.
Then discard marinade (do use marinade after brushing halfway thru)
Serve with blue cheese sauce and celery sticks
Note: For a spicer sauce ,
1/4 cup butter
1 cup hot sauce
1 dash ground black pepper
1 tps garlic powder
1 tps onion powder
3 or 4 shakes,worscestershire sauce
Mix in a bowl and microwave for 2 or 3 minutes.
Put cooked wings in a bowl with lid add 1/2 cup sauce ans shake and serve.

I would like to fix some wings. what is some recipes and some of the ways you fix them. I'm tired of the ones already to bake want to use plain and then flavor them.
