Black Skillet corn bread, pinto beans, turnips, turnip greens, and for the really lucky ones who have access to a good bottom field - creecy greens!

For people that moved to Wilkes Co. or moved away- what recipe would you consider to be a Wilkes Co./Western NC recipe staple that everyone who has ever lived or is living in this area should have?
