I don't think anyone purposely posts when the same topic/recipe is right in front of them. If it was a problem Jason would combine the post as he has done on other posts.
Give it a rest.

Alright, everyone! Continue doing what you are doing. It works. Sure, the possibility that the receipe you want is already posted; however, you still have the option and respondees still have the right to (a) respond or (b) suggest you go back. Just be glad we have this great service and all of the wonderful posters of questions and answers on this site.

yeah right, go back through over 1400 posts for one recipe, i dont think so. why not remove recipes that have been posted longer than one month some people are new to recipe exchange and dont know whats been posted previously. and some postings dont stay on complete topic other recipes are there as well.
