someone told me this was goat cheese if it is it is really good you can buy it at lowes supermarket

I bought some of that cheese dip today in the mild flavor and it tastes the same as at Monte Del Rays!!! Yummy!

friendly, i love that cheese. i get it all the time. it comes in HOT or mild. they are both good but the HOT has a more jalapeno(sp?) taste to it. and its a little thicker. i recomend it. we eat it all the time

I saw something labeled "cheese dip" in the refrigerated section by the deli meats at Food Lion. It was in with the other Mexican cheeses. It might be worth trying.

Land O Lakes white American cheese - I asked Franciso (one of the managers) a few months ago. It is available at Lowes Foods in the deli.

I believe that you need to use Pepper Jack Cheese instead of plain Mont. Jack.

I ask them once at monte del rey's, and I was told they used regular whole milk and monterry jack cheese melted together. I tried it and it did not turn out.

Queso melted w/ jalapenos or chile peppers. You ecan purchase Queso at most grocery stores.

I do believe there is a product similar in the grocery store. Near the slice packaged meats and before the breakfast meats. Have seen it there.

I would love to know this too. We like that cheese! I bought a slab of con queso cheese at Sav a lot once and melted some, but it just was not the same.

does anyone know the recipe and how to fix the white cheese sauce they serve with nachos at monte del ray , it is sooooooo good !
